If you look closer at some buildings in Hong Kong, you’ll notice large holes carved into the centre of them. It seems strange that the developers would allow a waste of space in a city where every inch is precious, the reason? Dragons. Legend says that the mountains here are home to dragons with positive and powerful energy. In a city where vast structures block the dragons’s passage, the holes provide an unobstructed path to the sea for them to drink and bathe, allowing the energy to flow through the city. In fact Feng Shui is considered so integral here that that engineers, architects and property developers take Feng Shui courses before completing their training and certification.
