What a view ???! #LonelyPlanet writer, @gbloom4, is currently on the road... or should we say under water, off Culion Island in the Calamian Group of islands in the Philippine province of Palawan. In this photo he is peering through one of the port holes of the Sunken Barge, Coron. Culion Island, one of the largest in the Calamian group, has excellent snorkelling around Dynamite Point on the northeastern tip. Malcapuya Island, about halfway down off the eastern side, has a nice beach; nearby Banana Island also has a pretty beach on the eastern side and good snorkelling on the west. #travel
