The former world-class player has been Germany’s women’s national team coach since 2005 and has won one FIFA Women’s World Cup title, two European championships, an Olympic bronze medal and two Algarve cups with her side. After initially winning the FIFA World Coach of the Year for Women’s Football award in 2010, Neid was honoured once more in 2013 for her exceptional performances.
