Thank you so much for the invitation to speak to the brilliant minds of tomorrow! I want this to be a lesson for everyone. I actually applied to Columbia University during high school. Sadly I was not accepted. This was a moment in my life I could've given up on account of rejection, I could've cried about the unfairness of life, or I could've settled for mediocrity. How you handle these moments of rejection will be the foundation of your successes or your failures. It really is YOUR choice. Focus on working hardest during a failure and it will eventually cement your path to success. I choose not to give up on my dream and choose to pursue my passion, better yet, my obsession. That's why I was invited to my dream school to inspire the leaders of tomorrow. #dream #persevere #nyc
