A @kenyawildlifeservice ranger guards the burning tusks in Nairobi. It is absolutely devastating to see these huge tusks, ripped so violently from there gentle owners. But also moving to think that the Kenyan govt. is willing to burn the confiscated "goods" to be absolutely clear that living elephants are their heritage + they honor them +pledge to protect them. Also so encouraging to hear about the stepped up forensics being used to track the tusks that are confiscated. We must save the elephants before it is too late. #worthmorealive #dswt @dswt
