Feeling like death (but in a good way) after getting in my 12 minute floor workout! ?? It's a high intensity full body workout that simply requires YOU and that's it! I've been doing it for years and it's the best when I'm traveling or can't make it to the gym. Anyways, many of you emailed me and asked about it in a recent fitness post so here you go! *Take 30 second breaks in between each step below to catch your breath if you need to!

30 jump squats
40 mountain climbers
30 side-step under squats (**optional: I hold 5 lb dumbbells during this step)
20 V-up's
30 crunches or sit-ups
20 jumping jack squats
1 minute plank
30 jumping lunges
30 Ice-skaters
20 burpees

if you want - repeat everything 2 more times to really feel the burn.. ?
Note: I love changing it up too so feel free to mix it up when it starts to get easy and add in new things. I also love cycling classes and LIT method training. Happy workout!!! #saztips #fitness #WERK
