Banana Nut Flax Muffin

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup unbleached all purpose flour
2 teaspoon baking powder
2 tablespoon @proteinworld flaxseed powder
3 ripe bananas,mashed
3/4 cup cane sugar
1 egg, lightly beaten
1/3 melter butter
2 tablespoons @proteinworld old fashion oats
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder
1/4 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoon butter (room temperature)
1 cup crushed walnut
Dash of salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly grease 12 muffin cups, or line with muffin papers.

In a large bowl, mix dry ingredients together:1 1/2 cups flour,
baking powder and salt, flax.

In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg and melted butter.

Add the banana mixture into the dry ingredients mixture and fold in until all moistened. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups almost 3/4 of the way.

In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, 2 tablespoons old fashion oats, walnuts and cinnamon. Cut in 2 tablespoon of butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Add 1 tablespoon of this topping over muffins.

Bake for 20 minutes.

Remove and let it cool for serving
