Good Morning . Couldn't even pick up my phone after yesterday's Muay Thai training when I wake up today lol. You know when I work out at home , I lack discipline because when I'm tired I stop. Being in the gym when you stop , the trainer will be like , " 30 seconds more come on !! " or " 15 sit ups now !! " I get to push myself harder. Today is my rest day. My body is super sore but felt good because I had a great workout. ???? #Happy #Blessed #YingTze #MuayThai #gymlife
