Time to get fit again??? People seem to be psyched all day every day. I'm not like that. My motivation comes and goes and I need to feel it in order to really perform. I think the key to a lifetime of climbing is to follow your guts and do what inspires you without worrying too much about what other people say or think. Right now I want to get really fit and then I want to do some bigger walls.. so that's what I'll do.
