Here's my Peanut Butter Brownies FLAVORGOD.COM - My Chocolate Donut seasoning is awesome on brownie recipes and this one will yield a perfect plate for sharing with a few friends ???‼️ - Ingredients: ?Coconut oil for greasing , 8x8 pan ?Oat flour* for dusting pan - ?1/2cup (1 stick) - unsalted butter, cut into large chunks ?2/3 cup - oat flour / or sweet rice flour ?2 tablespoon - chocolate donut seasoning ?4 ounces - unsweetened chocolate ?1 teaspoon - xanthan gum* optional ?1 teaspoon - baking powder ?1/2 teaspoon - FlavorGod Pink Salt & Pepper (S+P) ?1/2 cup - coconut sugar ?2 - eggs ?1 teaspoon - vanilla extract - ?1/4 cup - peanut butter, room temp so it's soft - Instructions 1.Preheat oven to 350F. Grease an 8-inch square baking pan with oil. Dust with oat flour. 2.Set a large pot of water over medium heat and bring to a gentle boil. Place a metal bowl on top of it. Place butter and chocolate in metal bowl. Cook on medium ,stirring, until melted. Remove bowl from heat. Let cool to room temperature. 3.Mix together: oat flour, baking powder, FlavorGod Pink S+P , and xanthan gum together into a large bowl. 4.Whisk sugar into liquid chocolate mixture. Whisk in eggs and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients until mixture is just combined. 5.Pour batter into prepared pan. OR little cupcake pan. ** You have 2 options to add peanut butter. You can: add peanut butter to top of brownies after they are done cooking or you can Gently swirl peanut butter into batter with a spoon. Bake 25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the middle of the pan comes out clean. If it doesn't cook a few more minutes. Let cool completely before slicing into circles or squares.
