Hopefully I won't get a lot of hate on here for posting this, but I feel like you all have a right to know about the quality of products. Especially when those products are difficult to get and costing you your hard earned money.

The pics above are from the @Kylie Cosmetics line. These are 2 different lipsticks. These are supposed to be of the "improved" wand. There is absolutely no reason a brand new wand should look like that. I don't know about you, but I have to be consistently rough over a good chunk of time to get my wands to look that frayed and messed up so for them to just show up like that out of the box is unacceptable. Also, unfortunately, too many people have mentioned this issue for it to be out of the ordinary.

I was tempted to try her new metallic matte lipstick, but I think I'll give her some time to figure out how to put out better quality products before I spend my money on it. Maybe a year? The headache of TRYING to get her products just doesn't seem worth it. Maybe slow down on the restocks until you have a quality product to put out. ? #justsaying
