*4 Organic Free Range Chicken Thighs (boned in, skin on)
* @Flavorgod Seasonings Himalayan Salt with Pink Peppercorns
* 1 Tbsp @omgheebutter * A few wedges of lemon to serve

1. Preheat oven to 475° F.
2. Heat ghee over high heat in a 12inch castiron/any oven safe skillet.
3. Wash and pat chicken thighs dry.
4. Season with FG pink salt on both sides.
5. Nestle Chicken in skillet (skin side down) and sear for 2 minutes.
6. Lower heat to medium high and continue cooking (skin side down) for ~12minutes or until skin is golden brown.
7. Transfer skillet to preheated oven and cook for another 15 minutes.
8. Flip chicken and continue cooking for 5-8 minutes until skin is crisp and and instant thermometer inserted into the thickest part of thigh reads 165° F.
9. Serve with a squeeze of lemon juice and enjoy immediately.
