Actually FOLLOW @impossiblefoods on Twitter @impossible_burger & @impossible_foods on IG) this ain't a burger: THIS IS A REVOLUTION. you know how the people in your life have that ONE burger they can't live w/o? Baby Boomer generation had #Mcdonalds & #WhiteCastle. Gen Xers saw it step up a notch w #Fatburger. Then Gen-Y caught #InAndOut burger fever. Welp today is all about #ShakeShack & #Umami burgers. But man, last night at my book release party for #SomethingToFoodAbout we all discovered the impossible: a burger that WASN'T A BURGER. This is 100% PLANT BASED. Believe you me I've seen and tasted every TYPE of veggie burger (various roots were/still are vegetarian/vegan) some were cool, some were aight some were enough to make me wanna go back to pork)---but man when it was described to me I had arms folded like "whatevs man....ain't NO health food THAT incredible" --I was wrong-o. I watched w my own eyes as @Chef_Traci (Jardins) cooked what I thought were "regular arse burgers" I mean the lean and the grease & the aroma---naw this ain't Soy Burgers or Setan---this is some newness. This damn near needs its own #MacarthurGenius grant. Because it's TASTIER than meat. Go to @Food & Wine as they can breakdown why this is prolly the game changer of game changers. A lot of times I'll put food up an in seconds y'all challenge me w "but naw Quest try MY pancake house recommendation!!"---look if y'all read my ramblings this far I'll be surprised. I'm just saying: this tastes better than ANY burger veggie or meat. This is plant based so it will also save your life. If they master the steak!? I'll instantly go vegan. That's how amazing this is.
