Happy Birthday Lindsey Wixson. I first shot Lindsey when she was 15 and still living in Wichita,Kansas and just shot her a few weeks ago just shy of 22. When I first shot her I had to beg the client to take a chance on this high school freshman still living at home in the heartland. "She's going to be a fuckin' STAR,dude". Boy,was that ever true. It's been so incredible to watch her grow and transform into the woman she is today. We shot this raw portrait in late 2011 in Hells Kitchen,NYC.
