Here's one of my quick breakfast dishes

I cut and parboiled the potatoes. ( a partial boil, for about 8 minutes)
Then I took potatoes out of boiling water, dried them off and then pan seared potatoes (for some color) in olive oil along with onions and bell peppers.

A quick season with my #flavorgod seasoning, pinch of sea salt, an egg and a dollop of sour cream and scallions.
