Killer post rehearsal #HIIT after shoulder workout. Three rounds of this (back and forth) and six rounds of battle ropes. This made me feel sick. Something to improve. Pushing it this way was easier than the Lower handles. Stuck to Lower on other runs but much slower. 230lbs plus the sled. Brutal. @coburnfitness
