When people talk about " self care " being so important there are many who say " but I don't have time " . One thing I've learned is to prioritize my time and taking a 20 min nap in the afternoon gives me the reboot I need for the afternoon and late night I know I'll have tonight . If you don't believe me ask @ariannahuff . She has a new book out The Sleep Revolution that has ALL the research . It's rare I get to do this but nap time is one of my fav things to do !!!
