God! I love the idea of a 'mental health day' - but when I am working, such a thing doesn't exist, and when I am not working, I feel too guilty to take one. I think I need to start with a "permission slip" before I can have a "mental health day." What does that permission slip look like? I have no idea, but usually it takes the form of a 102 fever or an I-really-can't-swallow sore throat. Need to work on that one! #Repost @whattheflicka
