Ughhh?..Just got back from seeing the chiropractor because my lower back has been annoying me the last few weeks along with a tingling sensation in my feet when in a backbend (has anyone ever experienced this?). I just wanted to reiterate to everyone that no matter how good or flexible you are at yoga, it's so so so important that your muscles and body are completely warmed up before you pretzel your body into varying asanas. That's what your sun salutes A and B are for. What did my sports chiropractor prescribe? I need to open my body up more with plenty of forward folds and belly breathing exercises on my back. But for the time being...no more back bends till my back opens up again ?. So here's to forward folds.
