There are beautiful roses all around our home.

I approach a new rose every morning, smell it and have a mindful conversation with it.
This action connects me to what I consider my God or Goddess. It connects me to the greater spirit in the universe. It connects me to the all. It also teaches me constant gratitude.
I stand there before the rose and I thank it for giving me such a blessing. For gifting me such beauty and filling my lungs with such a sweet fragrance.
It's a sort of meditation that fills me with light.
Find your God or Goddess. Find that which gifts you light, love and keeps you kind.
Find it and constantly practice gratitude through it. It will change your life.
