Hi, my name is Donny Miller. I’m one of the artists featured in the

Recently, in the news there was a fundraiser that cost $353,000
dollars for a plate of food. Now, this might come as a shock to some of you, but I don’t have $353,000 dollars for a plate of food and I’m going to assume you don’t either. So, how do we compete with a fundraiser of this size?
Here’s how: We are going to raise money and stimulate the local economy at the same time. The idea is simple and efficient. Go out to eat, when you get the check, donate the same dollar amount of your meal to the Bernie campaign. If you’re feeling generous, donate more. Then post your receipts to your social media accounts with the hashtag #berniesbanquet
That’s it.
There is no special catering. You get to eat whatever you want,
whenever you want - breakfast, lunch or dinner. There’s no
reservation to make, there’s no organizing unless, of course, you’d like to make your own event out of it with all your friends. And there’s certainly no minimum donation required for entry. Everyone’s invited. Tables of friends coming together for a common cause. Groups of likeminded people meeting in person and sharing a meal. We do this every time a big donor fundraiser is announced, but we don’t stop there. We’re leaving it wide open so anyone can do it at any time in any city or town ACROSS AMERICA from now until we achieve our goal. We are going to make this the largest fundraiser banquet in history. Let’s break bread. Let’s break records. This time we’re all invited.
