Okay you guys, I have to be honest and say I feel absolutely ridiculous posting this picture ?. I take these type of pictures so I can see my own progress and keep me motivated. I just wanted to write this because I have had so many questions about my workout routine and diet. I will try to talk about it more and more but this definitely has not been an overnight change. It has been a process and something I consistently have to work at. I have been dedicated to the gym and my diet for almost a year now. I know I am not in killer shape by any means, but to have a little muscle definition is huge for me! Even more important than seeing a little muscle is being confident in your own skin.
