What is the Open to you?
To me, this is what the Open is all about.
Not just for the people trying to qualify for Regionals, but everyone trying to prove to themselves that they are getting fitter.
My dad finished the Open in the scaled category coming off shoulder surgery - my friend improved over all by 5000 spots worldwide from last year
I love the Open and what it does for our community - all the "winning" moments when people have their first MU, PR their lifts mid workout, or just push themselves further than they thought they could. THAT is the Open to me
