DO NOT turn on "post notifications." If you do, you'll get pop-up notifications all day long from a bunch of Instagram accounts you don't really care about. Everybody telling you to turn on "post notifications" isn't thinking about how annoying that will be for your phone. We post 4 or 5 times a day. Do you want a pop up every single time we post? Nah. If you turn on notifications, you'll get so annoyed that you'll end up deleting Instagram by Friday. Just like the stuff you like and skip the stuff you don't.
