Eu acordei acabada, com dor em todo o corpo, com cólica e sabendo que meu treino da tarde vai ser forte.
Queria fazer apenas um cardio LEVE, mas o maluco do @kell_kyle me colocou pra alongar, aquecer e simplesmente fazer o 16.5 ?????????????
Eu não sei competir nem par ou impar, e quando falam "valendo" eu me transformo ????
Minha adrenalina ja foi la em cima, pouco carbo, dieta e exausta. ?
Qual a duvida? @mayramazza ficou ao meu lado contando os movimentos e eu quase morri.
corri pra @cryospot pra recuperar meu corpo um pouco para os proximos treinos.
Acho que vou levar alguns socos na cara hoje, ? ou então testar meu reflexo ?????
Eu treino alem do limite, eu sei, mas isso me deixa feliz.
Eu tenho problemas mentais, e uma vontade inexplicavel de ser diferente.
