Proudest moment as a barista: "A guest came in to buy multiple tins of our Cerro Azul Gesha coffee as groomsmen gifts. We didn't have enough at Heath, so I texted my girls closing at Mint. They did! Pulling together our efforts across cafes to serve one guest was a rewarding experience of teamwork and hospitality!"#
