Lonely Planet recommends Hong Kong’s iconic Yuan Yang as one of the drinks worth travelling to Hong Kong for. A fusion of coffee and tea with evaporated milk, it was born out of Chinese wisdom - Tea having cool energy — yin; and coffee having hot energy — yang, so, the two were combined.
