2007: On his way to making NBA history, Kobe Bryant made sure to give a fan something to remember for the rest of his life.

In the third quarter of his 50-point outburst against the New Orleans/Oklahoma City Hornets, he turned to a boy sitting curtsied. “I went over to the sideline and I said … watch this 3,” Bryant told reporters. “I’ve got a 3 for you. Then I knocked down a 3 and gave him a high-five.” It was just one of those nights for Bryant, who joined Wilt Chamberlain as the only players in NBA history with four consecutive 50-point games in the Lakers’ 111-105 win over the Hornets.
