My sushi chef tonight wasn't Japanese, which actually proved to make for a better sushi experience than one would expect. Normally, Japanese sushi chef means great sushi but impossible to get the basketball game you want on the TV. Non-Japanese sushi chef means mediocre sushi but the correct basketball game. In today's case, the latter was far more preferable.
