Up late keeping an eye on my #s after my first mealtime insulin shot. #Type1 is a daily process of learning new things, adjusting and then learning to relax again. So far I'm not doing great on the relaxing part. But I'm working on it. In the meantime this photo from @bethkellmer is helping ?
