Meal Prep Sunday's ? Tomorrow I'm on my feet all day with clients, meetings, training and an exciting project with @viviannamakeup @activeinstyle ? So, I have prepped a couple of simple meals to have on the go including this: grilled chicken, steamed kale, sautéed asparagus and baked sweet potato. I'm also taking some mango chunks to snack on because I'm addicted to the stuff ? Yesterday was what you might call a "treat day"... I literally ate my own body weight in nut butter at the @thegirlgains @proteinpow cooking workshop! I am still in a residual food coma and all I am craving is veggies and fruit. No regrets though! ??
