Yesterday I spent the day with two of my dearest friends and my son and we ended up galavanting around a beautiful old town. It was splendid and magical in every way. Somewhere in between our walks, talks and skips we landed in a eclectic shop of wonderfully curated goods and while I thought I was being sneaky and secretly purchasing little gifts for them what I didn't know was that they were also being sneaky and had some surprises for my son and I as well, two of which are in this photo: the crocheted tote bag for me (that I quietly geeked over because it was a perfect bag to haul my #drawing gear, TIG Mod 2, #notebooks and overall #stationeryaddiction), and the wooden robot cube toy for my son who couldn't stop playing with the model they had on display. When we walked out the store, not knowing what the other had done, and simultaneously extended our bags to give to the other, it was the sweetest moment of our hearts for each other on display. We truly love one another, want the other to soar and be blessed beyond imagination, we celebrate each other's successes, lift each other up and roll up our sleeves together in life's challenges too. They are the greatest of treasures in my life and Wonderland never ceases to unfold when we are able to be together whether we adventure or just stay in and do nothing. My heart is very full and humbled and grateful. Nothing compares to the people we love and the memories we are blessed to make together. ???
