Every time Omar moves, he puts all his things in a small backpack that he carries himself.
His family first fled Syria for Egypt, and then moved to Turkey in search of work. Next month the four-year-old will move to Norway, where his father has gained residency.

Because Omar has moved so much in the past five years, he’s had to learn new languages so people can understand him – and he’s become very good at making new friends, he says.
When he grows up, he wants to own a phone so he can talk to his family in Syria.
