Philadelphia’s skateboarding community is one of the largest in the world, with some of the most productive street spots in Love Park, Municipal Building, and City Hall. When these spots began to warrant heavy fines and the possibility of jail time, within a city having no invested interest in building a local park, Fifth Pocket took it upon themselves to create permanent skate spaces in Philly.
