After a frustrating CWIF finals (at least for me) @シーン・マコール and I headed out for some Gritstone action. Anyone who cannot immediately tell the name of this route go stand in the corner and be ashamed!

All in all the cwif was a great comp and shouts go out to the organizers and routesetters. Unfortunately I had to go through a horrible round of failing on first moves in finals, fells rather lost all the time.

I'll really have to get back to doing more comp style problems and some stretching, since up til now I've mainly focussed on strength (which seems to be ok). Anyway props to the winners Sean and Shauna, who showed how it should be done!
