1)The gymnastics gym at Stanford (Ford Center) was my home for 7 years. Much more so than any dorm on campus...haha.
2)The beautiful hollow shape the kid is creating on the rings. This is Gabe who is the son of one of my Stanford teammates @andrade_rico. I have adults on a daily basis tell me they now wish they had done gymnastics as a kid. If you haven't already done so, put your kids in gymnastics. They'll thank you when they are adults :)
3)That set of rings is where I got strong. My first day at Stanford my freshman year, I blew out my knee (ACL, MCL, meniscus) and couldn't compete basically the whole year. I was told to do 2 things during my recovery: improve my pommel horse and get strong. Check and check. Those rings were my best friend for years.
