Super excited to say that after watching #cooked the new show by #michaelpollan @halfadams and I decided to try to make our own sourdough starter and loaf. The started took almost a week and a half and the loaf took all day to rise and bake. But as you can see from his hands reaching into the last frame. It was all worth it.
