SOHO! We're bringing a little piece of @ドミニクアンセルベーカリー to NYC this weekend at #DominiqueAnselBakery with these adorable #Melonpan, the traditional Japanese sweet bun made with a soft milk bread and a crisp cookie crust on top. We created three different melonpan, each filled with a different flavor custard and topped with little faces inspired by our amazing Tokyo team: Hojicha & Black Sugar for our Sous Chef Shimo, Black Cherry & Jasmine for our Sous Chef Ayako (because she’s a tough cookie), and the little panda on the left is Black Sesame, Sake & Lychee for our almighty and wise General Manager Yuji!
