Watching 'The Danish Girl' in celebration of #internationalwomensday I thought to myself how lucky I am to be comfortable in my own body and be the best expression of myself. There is worldwide gender disparity towards women, but today we don't avoid the topic. In a public display of yoga on Orchard Road, where all the students were female and not shy to do a headstand or take savasana amidst the gawking shoppers, I am reminded that we get opportunities like these to show the world that we are amazing in our own right and can celebrate our achievements.
