Hello, all... So I just received a call from the vet and apparently there's a growth in Zoey's mouth. To ascertain whether it is a tumor etc caused by her FIV, and how to proceed from the diagnosis, a biopsy would have to be done. That will cost upwards of $400, which is funds I don't have, so what I'm going to do now is wait for about a week or so and see if the dental she had today helps with her teeth/gingivitis issue. I really hope it does, but otherwise, we might need to get that biopsy done after all.

I don't want Zoey's FIV status to be a death sentence for her and I hope you will consider helping out by contributing to Zoey's medical bills and/or reposting, because as most of you know, we are already feeding quite a number of mouths already. I'm not sure what today's dental amounts to yet, but will post the receipt to our Facebook page (link in my bio) when I have it. Also, we didn't do the spaying today after all because it costs way more than I'd expected, but I will look into that another month instead. Thank you. - Cora-Leigh
