Visited the Maasai in Tanzania with the Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation to see how far reaching their operations are, because if you're serious about eliminating pediatric HIV then you must reach everyone even nomadic tribes. After an hour talking with this chap, I was given access to talk to the women in the tribe. I was amazed to discover several of them had indeed been trained in prevention of mother to child transmission by the Foundation #EndAIDS @egpaf #pmtct
