Behold, the mountain Ahuna Mons on dwarf planet Ceres! From afar, Ahuna Mons looked to be pyramid-shaped, but upon closer inspection, it is best described as a dome with smooth, steep walls. This side-perspective view of the mysterious mountain was taken by our Dawn spacecraft's lowest-altitude orbit of Ceres. This mountain is about 3 miles (5 kilometers) high on its steepest side.
