Add flour and cook until it reaches a light brown color. Slowly add 1/2 cup + 2 T milk and stir until thick. Next, add cheese and seasoning and stir until melted and combined. Add the macaroni and mix well. Add s+p to taste. Transfer mac n cheese into a bowl. Refrigerate until cold. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside. - Using a 1.5 T scooper, form the mac n cheese into balls and place on the lined baking sheet. Place in freezer for 2-3 hours. Heat oil in a medium size pot until it reaches 350°F In a bowl, mix the panko breadcrumbs and bacon seasoning. - Dip the mac n cheese balls in eggwash first, then breadcrumb mixture. Fry until golden brown. Place on a bed of paper towels to soak up the oil. Let cool for 5 to 8 minutes before consuming. Serve with dipping sauce of choice.

Bacon Mac n Cheese Bites:
