My grandfather, the other half of DD, Dewey Dooyema, is now fighting cancer. Getting to hold his hand and be beside as he bravely battles is inspiring. Every breath, every day, every conversation, every smile, every meal, I find myself wanting to treasure it all. Time is a gift. I don't take it for granted.
