Do you really think that Animals are dumb? They just don't speak English or Spanish, but neither the Sun or the Earth, or Mars, and they are alive. The whole Universe communicates through silence, including humans when they are in their natural form. But we have forgotten that Silent Knowledge. Instead, we have replaced it with a stupid and repetitive internal dialogue. How many times have you find yourself talking to yourself? You even answer your own questions: You ask a question inside your head and you answer it to yourself inside your head. If there is chaos inside, there will be chaos outside. So the only real answer to every problem is to silence the mind. Why do you think that people change their hair color or suddenly cut it super short or do something weird with their bodies? Because they are bored of that same internal dialogue that we have been repeating since we were kids, and we forgot about the time when there were no thoughts inside of us. And since everyone acts the same way, we think it's ok. Silence is the key, Mediation is the way, and Blissfulness is the outcome. Look at these Birds how synchronised they are, not even the mighty Greg Louganis was as graceful as them. I speak because if not most probably you won't understand my silence, but how do you think that I communicate with my kids? SILENT KNOWLEDGE. That's it...
By the way, the word Cosmos means Order. Just go with the flow, like the Stars, Planets and these Birds go...
