1. Regular curl with deadlift
2. Wide grip curl with wide leg deadlift
3. Close grip curl with straight leg deadlift
I'm using 30lb bb Bc I wanted to keep good form while doing many reps
Try 20x each 3 rounds, you'll be feeling the burn!
