since returned to shelter he has been placed in isolation and biting his leash. due to his behavior the shelter has NOT taken him out of him kennel since November?.... he is now been in there for over a year excluding his six adopted days he is on their alert list for euthanization. He needs ample exercise and structure and the shelter does not have time to give him the consistency he needs to balance out. People who met him says "Shorty is an incredible loving dog whose behavior problems are easily remedied with proper attention compared to kennel"
