Pudding, one of my two beautiful (as @maja_ubavo_ calls them) "pantera". ?

My first-ever cat, Gremlin, was a mini panther too. I guess I've never seen black cats as "different" so imagine my shock to learn upon joining the COI community last year that they are usually the last to be adopted from shelters and that some people are still superstitious about them, going so far as to torture and/or kill black cats in October (Halloween). Please remember that black cats deserve love just like any other and can be sweet and affectionate companions too. So don't forget to hug a black cat today, and please consider adopting one if you'd thinking of adding to your family!
