Congratulations Yasmin Nathani MBE, director of the Shama Women's Centre, in Highfields, honoured today by The Prince of Wales for services to the empowerment of women in Leicester!

Mrs Nathani, 53, joined the centre as a member in 1988, and has been chair for the past 19 years.
