Yesterday an amazing girl came up to me and said she loved the #adventuresofjakeandfrank Instagram series... which melted my entire damn heart. I have received texts and emails and all of your comments over the past week and it has been crazy to see how much everyone just digs it. I mean they are two strictly bound housecats who having only looked through windows. The biggest two questions have been: what are these weird jackets and did the cats go mental in the RV/ outside. No cat harness fit the boys. They would wriggle out so I ended up buying extra small dog jackets. Like super tiny. Straight jacket teeny. At home Jake the tuxedo cat would wriggle out which terrified me but it was the best solution I had found. He would also just lay there while I dragged him around like a sack of angry potatoes. Yes once the cats got in the massive RV they went mental. BUT after a few hours they calmed down, found the space in the van that was most comfortable and least slidey and just dealt with it. After a few days, they were sitting on my lap and walking around. Also to my surprise once I put the boys outside in real nature the last thing they were thinking about was getting of of the damn jacket. There was so much to smell and see and feel that all my fears of them getting out of the coat were gone.
